With the start of Russia's all-out war of aggression on February 24, 2022, 824 civilians were killed in the month of February. In March 2022, more than 4,300 civilians were killed (according to OHCHR data). Several million became homeless war refugees as a result of Russian aggression. Since then, Russian mercenaries have committed numerous atrocities and war crimes.
