  2. As an Austrian, America's true intentions are now clear to me. The American Vice President already expressed Russian propaganda in his speech to please Putin, since the deal with Russia affects Ukraine's resources. The Americans have already presented President Zelensky with a contract to extract 50 percent of their natural resources, but President Zelensky wisely did not sign it. Ukraine's resources and weakening Russia and Europe were probably America's goals from the beginning in order to later make a deal with Russia, but perhaps the deal has been in place for a long time.
