They entered the recognized territory of Ukraine without the consent of the Ukrainian state authorities. These Russians are criminals and they confirm this with their declaration of support for the Russian army. They voluntarily decided to serve as shields for the Russian army. They also confirm this because they drive through illegally conquered and Russian-occupied territory. The occupiers even lifted curfews in the war zone for these protective shields.
