  1. What does the American Constitution say about the American president's actions that violate international law? Extorting the resources of a sovereign country and planning a coup is permissible? Will the American president negotiate with China and Russia over Taiwan and offer the Taiwanese money or lives?

I cannot imagine the American president acting in accordance with American constitutional or international law when he joins Russia in staging a coup against another sovereign country to share resources and territory. If this is constitutional, then the American Constitution is contrary to international law.
