  1. Putin's speech in February 2022, before the start of his 200,000-man invasion of Ukraine, that Ukrainians have no right to exist can be seen as a call for genocide against the Ukrainian people. Putin's war of aggression killed 4,690 civilians in February and March 2022, and 25 civilians killed in 2021 (2020-26, 2019-27...). However, he claimed that Ukraine was committing genocide and cited that as the reason for the attack. Why has Putin started full-scall war invasion, when he wants peace?
