Many young people have replied that they are apolitical and not interested in politics. However, many old people passionately supported the war and Putin. They have indicated that they believe TV and Putin. Even if Western politicians still trusted him before Putin's brutal war, the people ultimately elect their president and their representatives, and the majority thus decides on the political leadership of a country.

  4.  @nikogonezval-nv8ym  As Austrians, we have learned to keep our horrific nationalist history in memory. How can I emphatically tell the Russian people that they are right now in the same despicable swamp of propaganda and nationalism and that they are responsible for the death, suffering and destruction in Ukraine, even generations after them. Indifference is the wrong attitude from the people of Russia. I feel for the people of Ukraine, they must endure the hate and violence of the Russian world and fight against it. No one, no country in the world has threatened Russia, language or culture. I would like to wake up the people of Russia. But it seems pointless. I am very sad about it.
