To the police, judges and prosecutors: Fascism does not begin where the state strives for evil, but where the judiciary does anymore nothing against evil, but even has chosen evil to judge and condemn good people. It is your fault, your great fault, you are guilty that people consider the murder of other people of a sovereign state to be good and right and even desirable. I hope that you will feel the guilt and pain in your hearts as you stand trial in the name of justice and be sentenced to the extent that you previously judged the good people who have spoke out or protested against the criminal war.

Putin is not in the courtroom, but his law rules everywhere and there are no other laws. The problem is that 70 percent love Putin no matter how much he lies or how poor people are. His followers wage war on foreign territory and also against their own people. I am amazed that there are no statues of Putin yet, maybe Putin thinks he is Stalin and needs to repeat his actions.

The best way to understand the criminal and lawless actions of the Russian judiciary are the testimonies of Irina Vikovskaya from the Russian Ministry of Justice when she said: "Russia does not bomb Kiev or Ukraine, Russia defends its country and territory". She further cites a statement from Putin's February 24, 2022 speech and concludes subjectively that she believes Russia is protecting his country. She also proves this with her further statement: "I am outraged that Russia is an aggressor country. My country defends its territories.” In doing so, she has placed Putin's law above Russian constitutional and international law as well as applicable UN treaties!!! Their testimonies make it unmistakably clear that Ukraine no longer exists as a sovereign state in the Russian judiciary and that people are sentenced as political prisoners or as foreign agents on this basis. Nobody can hope for an objective verdict, only Putin's law and the subjective convictions of the judges and the judiciary apply. The more they believe in Putin, the harsher the sentence, and no other regular law can change that. As long as Russian citizens do not understand that only a bold and massive protest movement can bring about change for the better, things will only get worse every day and hundreds of people will die for Putin every day.
