Police officers, judges, prosecutors and prison staff are now committing mental and physical torture against people in Russia, and the regime is paying them for inhumane and lawless acts. Anyone who could disrupt Putin's war of conquest will be arrested and convicted. It's like World War II in Germany and Austria. People have disappeared, been sentenced without reason, tortured or even executed.
