  1. Stop Russia and America! Russia, America and Saudi Arabia do not have the right to suspend the international laws of the UN Charter. These countries do not have the right to use force and blackmail to force militarily weaker countries to give up territory and resources. I call for a special session of the United Nations to be called immediately. In many constitutional laws of UN countries, international laws and treaties have been placed over national laws. Compliance with international peacekeeping laws and treaties is therefore mandatory and protects the rights of people around the world. A special session of the United Nations must therefore be called; the rights of the UN Charter must not be withdrawn from the UN countries.
