  4. It is ordinary Russians who bestially torture, rape and torture Ukrainian citizens. They are Russian citizens going to war in a foreign country. Every single person who supports this war or the annexation and therefore denounces and persecutes other people is an accomplice in these crimes. The same happens as under the German Nazis, the SS and Gestapo. There is no justification or excuse for such acts. The difference is that we live in a digitized world and it is also possible in Russia to get information other than from Putin and his propagandists.
