Putin and his citizens do not comply with applicable UN law or concluded UN treaties, although Russia is a member of the UN and has committed itself to UN international law through its membership. Valid UN treaties of 1991 and 1994 exist between Russia and Ukraine, in which Russia recognizes the territorial sovereignty of Ukraine. After the nuclear weapons were returned to Russia, security guarantees from Russia and the USA for Ukraine were agreed in return. In 1997, another trilateral agreement was concluded between Russia, the United States and Ukraine on Ukraine's independent decision to join NATO. Are there people in Russia who recognize the territorial borders of other UN states or UN treaties that Russia itself has signed? For this reason, the UN was founded in 1945, which was actually supposed to prevent another country from waging imperialist wars of conquest. Now Putin is waging the same nationalist, criminal war for a Russian empire as Hitler was, copying the entire ideology and execution of Hitler's war. Again the world seems to be powerless. Perhaps you could ask such people about UN treaties, I would be interested in the answer. Maybe it's too difficult to ask people who believe in fascism....?
