  1. Being a police officer now in America is hard. That's why they are on the edge all the time. People have no respect for the law and feels they are entitled to mock police officers just because of some bad eggs in the Institution. Why resist arrest if you don't have any record, or possessing something illegal. You could sort out the problem anyways if you have nothing. Why resist arrest? Just to taunt them? Don't forget some police officers were shot and some died by just stopping a traffic violations. Everytime they go on duty their other leg is already buried on the ground. If there are 100 bad police officers and rest are good cops all over America. That's good reason enough to respect them. Not reason to be rude and make a sweeping statement they are all bad.
