  1. AMD, Now you are working Sundays? If Toyota had not shrunk the Corolla so much, the SE manual would be my top choice. If selecting an automatic, the 50+ mpg Hybrid is hard to beat 😁

  5.  @christophervanzetta  Yes, if I was chasing mpg in an automatic Corolla sedan I would simply buy the Hybrid. In all other cases, I would shift my own gears and respect the speed limit in the right lane to maximize mpg. 😁

  9. I have always been a big fan of the Avensis so it saddens me to hear the seats were not as comfortable as they should be. You are right, there is no excuse for uncomfortable seats in a family car.

  13. You don't have to worry about this new Corolla being bigger than the two you own. I can fit comfortably in the Corolla iM and earlier models but I don't come close to fitting inside the current model.
