  2. A variety of companies started offered sponsorship to AMD when he had just 50,000 subscribers. With well over a half million subscribers now he must get offers every day. He has stated repeatedly that he does not want sponsorship as it would restrict his ability to speak freely with a clear conscience. Unlike other Youtubers, when AMD recently bought a new vehicle, he did not reach out to Lexus/Toyota to get a special deal. He simply went into dealerships and got the best deal he could.
