Hopefully, Israel will stop the violent oppression and illegal displacement and stop the open air prison, and then these horrific reprisals that hurt so many can finally stop. Some basic respect for a fellow human is all that is needed.

Here, I was thinking that it was an uprising against the brutal oppression and degradation of humans forced to live in an open air prison by a violent bigotted totalitarian regime that was the cause. I'm glad to hear that there are lots of cute babies rather than deadly violence that is the real issue.

@dww6 I have seen decades of atrocities perpetrated by people claiming to represent both sides. Don't bother with one single emotive example that suits your propaganda. It is transparent, and quite pathetic. Do you see how you are parading them again to suit you?

@matthewvelge1196 Israel doesn't want it, and never has - this just gave them a reason to retaliate, and in the usual style it has been disproportionate and is far from over. The attack by Hamas was horrific and deplorable, but let's not pretend that Israel won't take full advantage of the tragedy to inflict severe and horrific tyranny and death upon the citizens of Palestine - and it has already begun.
