A public enquiry into human rights abuses would be a brave thing to do At least Australia is prepared to investigate allegations and prosecute offenders, and compensate families. This week, there has been contact with the Afghanistan government, and discussions of the Australian government volunteering to pay compensation to the families, and looking into negotiations with the families for that. It is widely available. For anyone interested, you can follow the Australian ABC. They are the one's that brought the original allegations that led to the enquiry. They are the whistle blowers. Facts matter...a month ago is ancient news. Keep up.
