@nathanedison8692 I live in a part of Australia that makes California look like a lush wetland. We run a long hose off the washing machine and use the water and nutrients from the detergents to grow the grass, to help keep the place cool, and protect the soil from blowing away.

Grasses are a fast carbon trap.

@nathanedison8692 The grass will trap more carbon than the mower releases...and covering the soil will help retain moisture and keep the ground cooler. All these minute details however are merely the distraction to keep us busy arguing while the true issue continues to be ignored.
