When giving the millions to friends, some didn't want to accept it. The story goes that George said if one rejects it, then they all return it. That way all had to accept it, so as not to cost their friends a million dollars.

@Carlton_Wilson ...history of mankind? On a video pointing out that your high opinion of self importance is unfounded on a larger time scale, you choose to double down. That's a considered, balanced and informed response.

The fact it was done for science does help to narrow it down considerably.

Accurate...allegedly

Putting legal tender currency in the mail is illegal in some parts of the world too. Just an interesting side note.

@PabloGonzalez-uf1qf It never stopped being great.

The term "liberal" in Australian politics is more of a economic term than a sociological term. There is nothing sociologically liberal about our Libs.

@jetty92487 History didn't start with American independence. Instead, the US was built on the shoulders of giants. The best reply to give to the claim it isn't arrogance is to say... No offence but... Just like "no offence" usually is followed by something knowingly offensive, the claim of "it's not arrogance" is usually preceded by something that knowingly appears that way. Edit typo

@Zach-ku6eu Not sure what is better. Was it the response that triggered an embarrassed lashing out...or the lashing out itself?

@DrewNorthup You should change that at your first opportunity

Even if he didn't understand blanks, he can still be called an idiot for pointing a gun at a person - in this case himself - and pulling the trigger.
4
Irresponsible? He doesn't have a responsibility to America. What are you talking about?

Always read the sources in the description. ...just beware of the Rick Roll

As the wheel turns it uses a different diameter rotation as it rolls around the tire. This speeds up the rotation, as it is carrying the energy over the shorter distance of the inside edge of the tire. ...so the faster rotation, pulls the bike, which in turn pulls if the turned wheel and straightens it up. TL/DR The tire rotation diameter did it

And it prompts another QUESTION... Why do we NEED to sleep? Why does the duck/dolphin/us NEED to rest our brain?

You had to be on the opposite side of earth to be inline to receive the signal as they landed. That is why it was Australia that broadcast the landing to the world...Parkes Radar. See the movie...The Dish

And yet Trump shook the hand of North Korea's leader.

Thanks...I learned another thing. However, my knowledge gained from the clarification of this detail appears to in no way change the veracity of idea being portrayed. Thanks for the information but this one detail isn't enough to doubt everything they ever do.

Don't let the decorative uniform distract you from the fact these are highly trained and experienced soldiers, who are proud of their detail. These aren't punks for people to look at...they are real soldier guards on duty. ...and CAN and WILL do what is necessary if and when needed.

So we were told that the silly backwards natives did it to themselves - when in fact it was European expansionism and colonisation that decimated them. Surprised Pikachu face

Much respect to those awarded the MoH. I might point out the knighthoods too are awarded for all the traits you attribute to the MoH, just not necessarily in combat. ( Your description notably did not mention combat ). It isn't about being from the right bloodline, being well born or rich - it's about the contribution.

@DodderingOldMan He has no responsibility for a US election.
1
@byronic-heroine Since when did the US ever show respect for other nation's elections? Hypocritical
1
The US interferes in elections all over the world. The CIA has released records of that. Hypocrisy
1
American's upset about foreigners influencing elections is the most hypocritical thing I have seen today.

And yet, the chance is still not zero.

@federalreservewolflegend3523 It originated 180 degrees away from where NASA predicted...as they calculated for the northern hemisphere. Luckily, an Aussie managed to correct the mistake no picked up by a team of NASA scientists, and redid the calculations on his own. Don't believe NASA on where the signal came from...trust the Aussie that actually knew what he was doing. He pointed the receiver at the moon.

Dr Charles Kos...good luck in that rabbit hole.

So we can take joy in the brutal death of a guy, because he took joy from inflicting brutal death on people. 🤔
