  1. Much respect to those awarded the MoH. I might point out the knighthoods too are awarded for all the traits you attribute to the MoH, just not necessarily in combat. ( Your description notably did not mention combat ). It isn't about being from the right bloodline, being well born or rich - it's about the contribution.
