  2.  @PrestonStewart  I was going to go full pedantic and include the man power to operate, but this was a pure hardware comparison. One thing I will add is that mobile units will act as a force multiplier, as it provides more fire power per man. That's the financial vs human cost I guess. This is one reason they preferred in Ukraine, I believe. ...but I am moving to running costs and this was purely hardware.

  8. China's strategy is working. They are now definitely above Russia in the world order. They are watching US and NATO stockpiles reducing and seeing the equipment in operation, while they continue to produce for themselves.
