  27. That is not the part that worried Fox lawyers. The same text mentions that he was watching his own propaganda, and it made him feel like cheering on the violence. If it affects him that way, it is fair to assume he is leading others to violence. That has repercussions for liability for Jan 6 and other things. That is what the lawyers would have been worried about. Carlson being racist is not something new. Why is everyone missing the point?

If the SC grants immunity, then it is not a valid decision as it removes their own ability to pass judgement on the Presidency. If he is immune, then there are no checks and balances, and any ruling they make is powerless anyway. America looks like a joke, mocking its own Constitution by even allowing it to go to the SC. Are they really going to remove their own power? It is ludicrous.
