That is not the part that worried Fox lawyers. The same text mentions that he was watching his own propaganda, and it made him feel like cheering on the violence. If it affects him that way, it is fair to assume he is leading others to violence. That has repercussions for liability for Jan 6 and other things. That is what the lawyers would have been worried about. Carlson being racist is not something new. Why is everyone missing the point?
