This entire thing is totally insane from an external objective view point. If the SC grants immunity, then it is not a valid decision as it removes their own ability to pass judgement on the Presidency. If he is immune, then there are no checks and balances, and any ruling they make is powerless anyway. America looks like a joke, mocking its own Constitution by even allowing it to go to the SC. Are they really going to remove their own power? It is ludicrous.
