  1. This didn't explain anything about what the plan entails. It's just an advert about removing internet freedoms - as if that's what people will want.

  2. China can do whatever they like with the internet in China, of course. Why does anyone else needs China's control on their internet? This doesn't explain anything about what the plan actually is. What is wrong with the Standards that built the internet? They exist already.
