@holden6104 He called the Russia situation, by quote "the Russia hoax". You seem to be selective on how you apply that. It appears a generic line, that covers all things to do with it. He did call the outbreak, a hoax, and the clip has been repeated enough, that it is iconic the world over...not just in America. I don't have a horse in the US election race, but as an outside observer I can see you have justified his actions for yourself, to make them more acceptable to you. You shouldn't need to.
