Evidence goes to the court for trial. Until found guilty by a court of law, people discussing it must say 'possibly' or 'allegedly'. It's a fairly simple and universal concept, for everywhere not only in America.

@danielhood4062 Assumes facts not in evidence. Maybe she knows that there is enough evidence that he will go down, and she is avoiding attaching her name to it. I can play ..."let's make stuff up" too For the record, I didn't 'spin anything in my initial point, I simply stated a fact most teenagers know to be true.

@YuYuYuna_ You seem to confuse me with someone who cares. All I was doing is pointing out a basic simple point that answered the original question, with a basic principle any idiot can understand...but I am not dealing with just any idiots here. I am dealing with high level world class idiots. I am just laughing from the other side of the world at the comedy that is US politics, and how tribal and blinded some people can be. Of course she is playing games...it's called politics. Do you honestly not realise Trump plays games every time he opens his mouth?

@jkees6751 But I bet you got that evidence in a closed private session of a Congressional investigation, and that evidence is now part of a criminal case, and so you can't legally make it public, no matter how many times an interviewer asks. Am I right? .................or did you have another point?
