@trisanton5009 So the CCP doesn't live up to it's word when it doesn't want to. Got it. Don't be surprised when no one bothers to take their word for anything. If what you say is true, then the UK only gave it back because they honoured their word - and no other reason. CCP couldn't have stopped them keeping it, if they chose.
