@MinecraftMasterNo1 Business makes more money than individuals. Sounds like you found the tax disparity

@MinecraftMasterNo1 I have worked enough in hospitality to know the staff aren't huge earners. No one is getting rich. Lucky for the economy, restaurants aren't the driving force.

Wealth inequality in a red herring - easy to fight against to maintain the status quo. Don't strive for equality of results ..strive for equality of chances. That is, ensure a minimum standard of living, so people are in a position to create their own wealth.

@MinecraftMasterNo1 Why are you pretending that I don't realise that hospitality is the end of the food chain, in many instances where they contribute to GDP. I am also acutely aware, that hospitality moves vasts sums of money around the economy and even brings in foreign money from tourists. However, all that you have done is obfuscate my original point by trying to make it look like you have some vast knowledge that I don't. Smoke and mirrors.

@MinecraftMasterNo1 That's not what I said at all. Lucky anyone can go back and see the quote in full, in context - before you reworded it. Still conflating the original point.
