  38.  @Arron.s.k  Russia thought they could, but it was tougher than expected. If Russia cared about civilians, then they would allow humanitarian convoys in to Mariupol. Instead they destroy residential areas and lay seige to the city while 300,000 civilians starve. You can't pretend Russians are showing compassion for civilians. We see the reports.
