When the government gets to dictate what content they must put out, and force companies to publish anything they want them to, then we have China and Russia. Free speech protects people and businesses FROM government. It isn't so the government can force media to publish their words. You are asking for authoritarianism. Be careful what you wish for.

  25. Any can speak. However, a private company can't be forced to allow you access to their products. That would be socialism. That's why freedom allows them to choose who they broadcast.

A government forcing a company to give equal access to it's products to all citizens - removing control from the private company - is text book socialism.
