  2.  @mlavicka9538  It is just a "Farmer's assistance" package. Being that iron has tripled in price in 3 years, and given the quantity they are using to build their war machine to threaten us with, I am happy to negotiate a different number. I would prefer a steel smelter here, and value add before exporting. We are leaving money on the table, for others to collect.
