Any religion that dictates the killing of other people is clearly flawed in it's interpretation.

PEACEFUL WARRIOR You speak like Islam is a single sect. Is the ignorance wilful? Have you read the Bible? Let's call a spade a spade...but make sure to name ALL the spades. You appear to have a favourite spade to have a dig.

PEACEFUL WARRIOR I made a general comment about religion. You showed your own hangups, and I pointed out your obvious bias. Going on to generalise about billions of people, doesn't add to your credibility. Not sure what I am supposed to be triggered about, or even why. I must have missed something. I have read it twice more and can't even find why I might be.

Saurabh Marathe What are you talking about? I didn't say anything specific about any specific religion. Don't come at me aggressively with your agenda, claiming things I never said, and spit up information as if you are some fountain of unique knowledge. Relax. I don't need any lessons on your specific chosen bias. I made a general comment about ALL religions. Somehow, it has been hijacked by those that want to lump all followers of Islam in a single group and start adding labels. So what exactly about what I wrote led you to think I need that particular piece if information you chose?

Saurabh Marathe Let's go this way. I am well aware of the great many religions that have advocated violence through their various interpretations throughout history. So as they say... "Let the religion that is without that sin, throw out the first stone". ...I'll wait.

@WorldCitizen-gz6fn Again, this is not the only religion to have historic killings, wars and persecution propagate in it's name. Don't confuse that statement with me absolving any particular religion of that record. Just because I point out it is not unique to Islam, doesn't mean I am condoning it for any religion. Why is it that pointing out that it is not a unique trait of Islam leads people to think I need a lecture? If you think it is unique to Islam, or that they have a monopoly on it, then it isn't me that needs to learn a thing or 2.

@WorldCitizen-gz6fn Health and good fortune to you too. Without being specific, I could name a strip where there is killing in the name of religion - but I have been careful not to single anyone out.
