  4.  @kevinsmarts9953  Of course, they are qualified. The reason for being short staffed is because it is difficult to find qualified people, and training is long. If they were placing just anyone, then they wouldn't be short staffed. You have a problem with the script.

  7. For most positions I would expect that there would be multiple suitable candidates. This seems to be ignored in discussions. Once a selection of suitable candidates has been made, at that point "diversity" should then become a key factor. Competence first, and then additional factors.
