The Devil All The Time Do you know what "court ordered" means? Do you realise the power of the judiciary is granted by that same Constitution that you clearly are not very familiar with?

@williamrose7184 That Constitution grants power to the judiciary. You really should read all of it, not just the few lines you hear people repeat in isolation.

@williamrose7184 Judge took his Constitutionally protected freedom. It was enough for the judge. I get the feeling you are not as qualified as the judge to speak about rights.

@williamrose7184 I will type slowly. He went before a judge, without a verdict. Judge said "No guns" Clown "Mah 2nd Amendment" Judge "OK, lock you up. And you don't get to have guns...or bail with no guns" It turns out his access to guns was legally removed, by the judiciary that is enabled by the constitution, before he was found guilty of anything. ...and it was Constitutionally valid. So again, tell us all this stuff you know. Reality!

The Devil All The Time Just like your freedom is a basic right...but the US has the highest incarceration rates in the world. Your rights can be regulated...obviously. You can go and build a nuke... Can you? Read the whole document, not just the few lines you have heard many times

@williamrose7184 He agreed...so the judge can do it. You got there...well done.

The Devil All The Time Exactly. That is my point...rights can be regulated and it is Constitutionally valid.

The Devil All The Time Yes, the judiciary gets it's powers from the constitution.

The Devil All The Time Is this guy found guilty yet? NO Has he lost his rights to guns? YES. Clearly, you are missing something.
7
Leif Massarene Wait, wait, wait...so you are agreeing the right CAN be regulated. Thanks for the verification.
