@mikewhoelse You just documented the second of the guilty verdicts for me while acting like you were disputing me. The first one was the transfer ban.

@mikewhoelse Yes, they have had a transfer ban. It was for 2 transfer windows but got reduced to 1 on appeal. The press seems to have let that go.

@mikewhoelse They have. The 2 window ban was paused on appeal, they went in a huge spending spree and then the ban was reduced to 1 window but it didn't matter because they already spent huge amounts to cover it. Don't you know? You speak with such authority but seem unaware of this fact.
