  3. How many of these stories have aspects where he is completely comfortable being less than truthful, and sometimes just plain dodgey with his clients? It seems like MANY, based on my binge watching. Doesn't tell customer about a known fault. Pretends to the customer it is unusual and wastes time while customer is stuck, trying to pretend they don't know the problem. Dodgey practice with insurance. ...just this story alone.
