  2. Information campaigns are easy. China buys advertising space on YT for their state sponsored "news and propaganda" channel "Epoch Times" to target users using YT to do the targetting work. Google accept advertising money to be the delivery vehicle for these campaigns. I have many screen captures as examples.

  6. YT accepts advertising money to push "Epoch Times" propaganda to specifically targeted audiences. Greed for profit makes it possible to get it done using US corporations.
