  2.  @briand5379  Then don't jump in the vehicle. Try brakes, neutral or a non-lethal option. Perhaps, simply wait until you confirm there has been an actual offence taking place.

  3.  @briand5379  The case was not dismissed. The Supreme Court is scared to accept the case because it is obvious to anyone but cops and boot lickers.
