  2. He is trying to short his own stock with a dilution of the stock value. I am no expert, but even I can see how basic it is. Then you realise the only way the price will drop is if someone buys stock just under current price.

  5.  @kieragard  Unless you can just issue yourself stock at lower than market value and just sell them. The only difference is that they don't have to replace the shorted stock - they just pulled it out their... If we just say that you are the stock market god, will you just get over it?

  6.  @kieragard  Wait... no you are wrong. You borrow STOCK not money. Sell while high...hope it goes low. Then buy again and return the stock - keep the difference less a % or fee. Instead of borrowing stock, they just use a photocopier. Instead of buying back at the end and returning it to the owner, he just keeps all the money. It is the same. When I said I am no expert, it didn't mean I don't know what I am talking about.
