  1. Free competition is limited by IP, Patents, and TM. See Australia's PBS for a working example of true free trade for the big Pharma. It is amazing what a true competitive market can do for prices.

  2.  @nERVEcenter117  Oh, I do understand the original intent, but it is far from that now and is used as a monopoly assistance tool today, rather than a protection of the invention/discovery. As it stands today, it is used as anti competitive rather than a protection and a free trade enabler.
