If it is heard by a few still open to information then it has done its job.

It damaged the advertisers too. The sponsor had no way to know if their promotion was successful when sponsoring individuals, if their links were hijacked. CRM on sponsorships was compromised. The advertisers have their own case

@dbyrne231 He is a lawyer asking for damages. Monetary cost isn't the only damage. The word "free" in this discussion really CAN NOT be limited to only monetary costs. I am simply asking that we be consistent within this topic.

The red vs blue background for Trump v Jack is extremely disrespectful to Jack He is not part of the lefty-righty politics stuff. He is independent of either political party. It is also a terrible representation for any law officer.

The government is happy for corporations to pay their own arbitrators to decide if they did anything wrong, and then they avoid court. How is that good for society?

0:22 The opening was glorious. "...oh yeah, let's not do that."

The First Amendment is just part of an obsolete document. The entire document is currently irrelevant, and being systematically dismantled.

@THE_MOONMAN You made it sound like the US was started by refugee immigration

Just a whoopsie. Nothing to see here. At least no one powerful was held accountable, but the worker was.

Compulsory voting is the only true democracy. If you have 2 candidates, and less than 50% of the population vote, then why does someone win? In this example, the population has spoken and the majority don't want either candidate, but one of them will win anyway. American representative democracy.

Sentences only possible in the US. "...a mother-son day at the shooting range"

@serwhit2490 If Trump got a polish like Clinton did, his minions would think it was awesome. Double standards
