  1. It damaged the advertisers too. The sponsor had no way to know if their promotion was successful when sponsoring individuals, if their links were hijacked. CRM on sponsorships was compromised. The advertisers have their own case

  2. YT is NOT free. It just doesn't have a monetary cost unless we use Premium. These are not the same thing

  3. @dbyrne231  He is a lawyer asking for damages. Monetary cost isn't the only damage. The word "free" in this discussion really CAN NOT be limited to only monetary costs. I am simply asking that we be consistent within this topic.
