Your Aussie cousins here. Do you find it difficult to find similar information about the Southern Hemisphere? It's all connected, but they appear to be looking at only half of the information. Is it just me?

@markberryhill2715 It's not so much of a slight, as an obvious gaping hole in the information for what is an interconnected system. For example, I was hoping to see data related to the massive Australian bushfires.

@johnperic6860 The entire point of much of this thread is about a lack of available data. I can't take your trolling seriously.
5
@johnperic6860 Really? New Zealand have satellite data going back 150 years. Now that is impressive.
4
@autochton Sure, but as the data appears to be mostly from satellites, then it suggests the data is available, but just not as 'popular' to analyse. I imagine someone somewhere is working with the data.

If the permanent frost starts to melt, it will result in a mini ice age in Europe. As we ruin the world, it works to bring itself to balance, despite us.

We all will be able to experience a city like Venice near us all.

@davewilson4058 Exactly! We even got the standard justification for ignoring the Southern Hemisphere. "70% of the population are fine with a weak excuse that they can pretend is a related valid scientific response..." We are talking about global climates...but study according to population distribution. As long as 70% think that's smart, it won't change.

Seems to be Northern Hemisphere. Very noticeable, rarely stated.
1
6:55 Kind of looks like a Northern hemisphere cause. Why is that never pointed out...by the Northern hemisphere?
1
@JZ's BFF Climate is global. ...which makes your meaningless claim ludicrous. Yes, the Northern hemisphere causes the issue with their huge population, but still want everyone to help fix it. I like the way you conveniently ignore the southern hemisphere until you need to apportion blame or require help to fix the mess you make.
1
@JZ's BFFWhy would you suggest that? That's absurd. What makes you think that? If we look at the amount as a comparison between hemispheres, and the obvious result shown in this video at the timestamp given, we can see a clear and obvious representation of my point.
1
Australia here. Finding it weird the scientists want us to grasp that it is all interconnected...BUT then only concentrate on the top half of the globe. ...or am I looking at it all upside-down?
1
@mzaite I thought it was all interconnected therefore relevant.

@shayjohnson5830 Assumes facts not in evidence.

@johnperic6860 Only satellites can provide the information on the part of the atmosphere discussed in here. There is mention of that fact in the video. Have you even read this thread you are arguing in?
1
@johnperic6860 Please don't try to tell me what most people in this thread are saying. I AM most posts in this thread, with the majority of the rest responding directly to me. Edit spell
1
@johnperic6860 The video is about how the upper atmospheric air currents influence local weather. The study of these currents in real time, with huge data sets has only been possible with satellites. Did you watch the video?
1
@johnperic6860 I didn't discuss local observations. Anyone that has read this far, can see that.

At least big businesses will be looked after.

Arctic ice floats already. It is important, but Antarctic ice - which is less talked about - is even more concerning. That ice is land locked.

Our home in the foothills will become a beachfront property.

Those on power are incapable of CREATING anything. The system is no longer geared towards innovation. They don't know how.
