@mbolchunas A patient can have the virus, and be highly contagious without showing any symptoms for up to 14 days. This is why 14 days is the international standard for isolation - and also why looking for sick people at the airport isn't enough.

@kiyoshim9593 HIV isn't airborne. Your analogies make zero sense. I didn't mean to upset you by pointing out your knowledge has some holes in it. You didn't need to prove it again. Can you really think the only 2 possibilities are either only test those that are clearly already ill OR test 100% of the population. They can't truly be the only 2 options you think are available, can they? Even you aren't actually that foolish, are you?
