@pizdeeec7130 The food and humanitarian aid is already available. The Red Cross get attacked by Russian forces when they try to deliver it. The Russians attack Red Cross humanitarian convoys, but they keep delivering the aid. They are getting the aid, slowly, despite Russian war crimes.
