  2.  @williefree2128  I didn't say it wasn't legally added, I said it wasn't the way it was designed...as he is claiming. You actually verify my point, by highlighting the mechanisms by which it got changed. The alternative, is that your reply to me is actual a more fitting reply to him. It was designed with the mechanisms of change...use them. Either way, his reasoning is flawed.
