The amendment has been discussed many times over the last 6 months. My second comment was just pointing out that people care more about some amendments more than others- and you proved that by feeling the need to explain that particular amendment further. Ban a comment on social media and watch the amendment listing...used wrongly, but quoted none the less. Watch an unhinged POTUS and you feel the need to explain amendments and then think it shows your genius for knowing it. I hope you figured it out because YT won't let me draw you a picture.
