  1. What does America have to negotiate with? Is the idea to decide what will happen in Ukraine, without Ukraine in the discussion? The arrogance to think the US has a right to negotiate is mind boggling. The lack of awareness of how this looks to the rest of the world is why people think America is too authoritarian. Edit 5:41 Wow! Just wow. So if Ukraine and Russia negotiate it isn't legitimate. But if the US decides, then it suddenly becomes kegit. Wow...insanity
