  9.  @beepseatsfindingfoodtreasu8756  No. They simply follow that the states are responsible for their own laws. Then, they let states decide and keep their nose out of the state's business. They can control at a federal level. Now, you can do the federal insurrection at a state voting level, and the state can't stop the person doing it again in the future. They don't need to rule again and again - they need to stay out of the states voting procedures once and for all.
