If every billionaire in the US wrote an identical stimulus cheque from their own pocket, for every single person, they would still each have more wealth now than when the pandemic started. Facts.

@g.b.7676 They rely on a huge population with spending power with a solid economy behind it. They take the best advantage of the resources available, to make money. The key resources, is a healthy efficient population and a healthy economy. They can't do it in isolation. They should be smart enough to recognise their best long term resource needed for continuing their wealth building. Your cheap sound bites defending those that ensure your standard of living is lower so they can have an extra couple of billion just makes you appear foolish. Look up Stockholm Syndrome Edit...spell
